What to say if you are afraid to go to sleep or feel lonely and depressed
The dua in its Arabic wording from Hisn al-Muslim, with its English meaning.
Bismillahir-rahmanir-raheem
Each dua: the Arabic, then a transliteration to help you say it aloud, then its meaning.
A'oodhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min ghadabihi wa'iqabih, washarri 'ibadih, wamin hamazatish-shayateeni wa an yahduroon.
(I take refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and punishment, and from the evil of His servants, and from the madness and appearance of devils.)
