What to encourage the dying person to say
The dua in its Arabic wording from Hisn al-Muslim, with its English meaning.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Bismillahir-rahmanir-raheem

((مَنْ كَانَ آخِرُ كَلاَمِهِ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ)).
Man kana akhiru kalamihi la ilaha illallahu dakhalal-jannah.
i.e. those around the sick should instruct and encourage him to say the shahadah. (He whose last words are: (None has the right to be worshipped except Allah.) will enter Paradise.)
