The dua in its Arabic wording from Hisn al-Muslim, with its English meaning.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Bismillahir-rahmanir-raheem
Each dua: the Arabic, then a transliteration to help you say it aloud, then its meaning.
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُعَوِّذُ الحَسَنَ وَالحُسَينَ رضي الله عنهما ((أُعِيذُكُمَا بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لاَمَّةٍ)).
U'eedhukuma bikalimatillahit-tammati min kulli shaytanin wahammah, wamin kulli 'aynin lammah
(Ibn ʿAbbas related that the Messenger of Allah used to commend Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn to Allah’s protection, saying:(I commend you two to the protection of Allah’s perfect words from every devil, vermin, and every evil eye.))

The transliteration is generated by Waqtazan from the voweled Arabic as a reading aid — the Arabic and the recitation remain the reference.
